No. Plex IPTV is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Plex, Inc. You do not need a Plex account, and we never ask for one. You will use an IPTV player app that we recommend for your device, and our setup guide walks you through it.
Plans & Payment
Plans start at $14.99 for one month on one device. Longer plans lower the monthly cost: $34.99 for 3 months, $59.99 for 6 months and $89.99 for 12 months, which works out to $7.50 a month. You pay once for the term you choose. Compare every plan here.
Message us on WhatsApp or email with the plan you want, and we reply with secure payment options. Once your payment is confirmed, we send your login details and help you set them up. There is no card stored for automatic charges, so you are always in control of what you pay and when.
No contract, ever. You pay once for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and that is it. Plans do not renew on their own. Before your plan ends we send a friendly reminder, and you renew only if you are happy. No cancellation calls and no early termination fees. See all IPTV plans and prices.

Message us on WhatsApp and a real person will reply, usually within minutes during support hours. Tell us your device and what you see on screen, and we will sort it out with you. You can also email us. Longer plans include priority support, so your messages move to the front of the line.

Yes, in the situations explained in our refund policy. If the service does not work on your device and we cannot fix it together, you can ask for a refund within [REFUND_WINDOW] days of payment. Just message us on WhatsApp or email with your order details and we will take it from there.
