Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain English, what information Plex IPTV collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you share with us
When you message us on WhatsApp, send an email or subscribe, we may receive:
- Your name and the phone number or email address you contact us from
- The plan you choose, the device you use and anything you include in your messages
- Payment confirmation details needed to activate your plan (we do not store full card numbers on this website)
- Technical details you send us for setup help, such as a device ID or a photo of your screen
Information collected on this website
This website does not ask you to create an account. The contact form on our contact page does not send anything to our servers. It simply opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it. Our free tools run entirely in your browser, and the numbers you enter are never sent or saved.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and performance. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information

- To process your order and send your login details
- To help you set up and use the service
- To remind you before your plan ends, if you would like to renew
- To keep our service and website secure
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share information only when needed to run the service: for example with payment providers to process your payment, or with messaging services such as WhatsApp and email providers that carry our conversations. Those services have their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact and order details while you are a customer and for a reasonable time afterward, so we can help with renewals, questions or refunds. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them. To make a request, message us on WhatsApp or email info@plexiptv.us.
Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the information.
